Memberships & Credits
1. Our classes are strictly for members only. All private and monthly group classes are available on our online class booking system – Kuke. All class booking and cancellation shall be done through Kuke Apps.
2. For first timers, we offer a trial class pass at RM 88 for you to try out any of our scheduled group classes.
3. All purchases made are final and we do not offer any refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on the credits. The validity of credits starts from the date of purchasing.
4. All credits are non-transferable between members. Only the purchase of RM 1998 credits can be shared with nuclear family member under different account.
5. All credits have a strict expiry date. Once a signed package expires, any remaining class passes are strictly not refundable and exchangeable.
6. A purchase of the lowest rate of package is necessary to reactivate the expired package. However, the validity of the package is according to the latest package that you purchase.
Studio Rules
1. To ensure your best learning experience, we advise you to arrive at the studio at least ten minutes earlier or punctually.
2. We understand that life happens, so kindly inform the administration or your instructor to hold your spot if you are running late for your class. Your spot will be automatically given to other students 5 minutes after the starting time if we do not receive any notifications or messages from you.
3. The minimum number of students to start a group class is 2. Should there be only 1 student sign up for the group class, it will be automatically upgraded to a 1-1 private session and credits will be automatically deducted based on the seniority of the instructors. We will notify the student accordingly should the above situation occur.
4. By joining in our classes, you are fully responsible over all your physical activities and solely responsible to seek medical advice if required prior, to decide whether or not the classes would be suitable for you, having regards to your personal health condition.
5. By participating in our classes, you agree to adhere to the instructions given by our instructors during classes. We take no responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions you developed during or subsequent to classes as well as any loss or damage to your personal property.
6. Socks are necessary for all Pilates classes.
Cancellation & Replacement
1. Canceled classes are not refundable and the credits will be deducted from your account. However, if you cancel 5 hours prior to the reserved class, no credit will be deducted.
2. You are required to make an absence notice at least one week in advance to be qualified for a replacement class. (Eg: If you couldn’t make it on the 8th of January, you are required to inform us latest by January 1st. Any notice made after January 1st will not receive a replacement class.) The time and instructor of the replacement class shall be scheduled by Meetcoyy.
3. Replacement classes can be scheduled if there is an available slot for the class. Scheduled replacement class cannot be replaced with another class again.
Refund Policy and Reactivation of Expired Credits
1. We do not offer refunds for any packages. If you cancel within the cancellation period, you will get your class back to your account to use at a later time.

Change of T&C
We reserve the right to make changes on the existing schedule should there be a need from time to time to enhance the teaching environment for all our students.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions (T&C) by updating the terms on the website at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the website after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new T&C. We encourage you to review this T&C periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this T&C, or any changes to this T&C, do not use, access or continue to access the website or discontinue any use of the website immediately.
