1.) We do not offer refunds for any packages. If you cancel within the cancellation period, you will get your class back to your account to use at a later time.
2.) All credits have a strict expiry date. Once a signed package expires, any remaining class passes are strictly not refundable and exchangeable.
3.) A purchase of the lowest rate of package is necessary to reactivate the expired package. However, the validity of the package is according to the latest package that you purchase.
