Pilates All Machines(Wunda Chair & Ladder Barrel) classes are definitely on your list if you are looking for workouts that can burn your calories and train the muscles at the same time. Our instructors will combine several Pilates machines to train your body in a precise way so that you will be able to train your deep muscles in just one session.
Pilates Reformer classes are classes that are specially designed for those who love to train using the resistance of springs. You will train your core, back, glute, arm and leg muscles precisely using different weights of springs and the instability of carriage during the sessions.
Our Stick Mobility sessions are popular among the students who have stiff muscles and limited mobility in their body. Stick Mobility classes will improve the range of motion, flexibility and coordination of your body using the training sticks.
